Where is everyone this morning? It'd cool and dreary here. Yesterday we got another 1.25" of rain. That makes close to 4" in the last week. Sounds like a lot, but we were so dry, very little ran off.

I spent all day yesterday working on my control computer. I finally got it where I was happy and will hook it back up today.

I also have a Knights of Columbus meeting this afternoon, so I won't have an "all dayer" in the shop.

I hope everyone out there has a great day.

Howdy! Slept in a bit, but nowhere near a pro-level effort. We're still not 100% - a bit of yardwork yesterday and then going out to dinner with friends had us both out of gas by 9PM. Meanwhile, it looks like today will get soggy pretty soon - hopefully that will clear out by tomorrow.

Have a good day, all!

Cool here but the sun is out and it is enjoyable.

Floors look good, Marcus. That's our next project along with possibly a PVC fence for the yard. Big coin there.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Having a family oriented weekend. Spent the day with Sue's mom & dad along with a nurse that attended Sue in her recovery from a traumatic accident way back in 1979. Had a nice lunch/brunch (I ate breakfast) at the Cheesecake factory in one of the malls up in West Miami. A smattering of eye candy made the trip all the more worthwhile. Hope to relax the night away. We'll see .......

I'm gonna have to dig up one of the pictures of the van Sue was in back in 79 when she was broadsided by a tractor trailer. Sue was at fault but there was an obstructed stop sign that contributed to the melee. You might find it interesting.

GUNSHOW ALL DONE AND I'M READY FOR A PRE-BEDTIME NAP. THIS WAS THE BEST SHOW IN QUITE A WHILE, PEOPLE WERE BUYING, BRINGING IN STUFF TO SELL, JUST LIKE THE GOOD OLD DAYS. #3 GRANDSON'S GUNSHOW ENTHUSIASM RAN OUT ABOUT THE TIME HIS MONEY DID, BUT HE DID GET THE AR HE WANTED. I PICKED UP A SCOPE AND A VERY UNUSUAL 98 MAUSER CARBINE.

GUY I BOUGHT THE MAUSER FROM NOTICED AN 11TH ACR PIN I HAD ON AND WE STARTED TALKING BLACKHORSE. TURNED OUT HE WAS IN "M" COMPANY, THE SQUADRON TANK TROOP, WHEN I WAS 3D SQUADRON S-4. MORE WAY-BACK STORIES AND DAMNED IF HE WAS NOT A TANK COMMANDER IN "B" CO 2/67 ARMOR AT FT HOOD WHEN I WAS 'A' COMPANY COMMANDER IN THE SAME BATTALION. IT IS A SMALL WORLD FO' SHO' :-)

MARCUS THAT FLOOR LOOKS GOOD. I DO LOVE A HARDWOOD FLOOR.

Yes, the floor looks good. I have some drawings Marcus....they are on one of the computers that went down.

Back from the meeting. It turned out to be a delightful day. Low 60s and the sun came out about the time we left here to go to the meeting. the 45 minute drive up there was full of laughing and conversation. I picked up three other guys who rode with Rosie and I. When we have thede meeting we can bring the wives and they chat/gossip while we have our meeting, then they get to eat a good meal with us.
