Subject: Need a computer guru (Windows Vista) by JeffK on 2011/8/3 15:51:11 Apparently there was an update that Microsoft sent out which now keeps TTS Datamaster from opening. Thank you to Matthew for finding that information for me. Anyway, I went on a search and destroy mission last night to find this update and uninstall it. It shows up on my update history but not in my installed updates so I can not uninstall it. I am the only owner of this computer so there should not be an admin user account or anything set up. So how the heck can I get rid of this update? REboot to a previous date? Will that get rid of it? Thanks, Jeff |
