I took my wife back to the hospital today for follow ups. Some was good other news was not so good. Good news is that the lymph pathology came back negative! That is good. However, upon closer examination of the tissues and data retrieved during surgery last week they did not remove enough margin to be 100% satisfied, so she has to go back in two weeks to remove more breast tissue. Not what we wanted to hear. anyhow.. she is doing ok and we are looking forward and not behind us. She still is very lucky to have caught this so early. |
