Issue bolting up Holley TB to Miniram!

Subject: Issue bolting up Holley TB to Miniram!

Another issue:

As you can see in the pictures, I am having another issue in regards to bolting on the 58MM Holley TB to the TPIS Miniram.

I took off the stock lower TB piece, and bolted it on the Holley unit(lower unit has the sensors/pipe). The issue now is that the pipe is rubbing up against the waterneck and I can't bolt up the TB.

For the record this is the TPIS waterneck, and not an aftermarket one.

Anyone else experience this issue? Any ideas what to do?
