Subject: Re: LT1 oil pan gasket differences FYI by BillH on 2012/2/22 15:02:58 The nice thing about that set is it comes with gaskets and o=rings for the oil filter adapter. The blue, plastic pieces are "gasket holders", they thread into the block at the front & rear (larger bolt holes), you then slip the gasket ovet the V part and they hold the gasket up against the block. I had to cut down the front "holders" due to clearance with the crossmsmber but all in all, a neat idea. |
