Yep, if the volts get to a certain point, it will flash. I guess it thinks the alternator is going bad or something. After letting my car sit for the last 3 months, it did the same thing as you described. After driving about 10 minutes, stopped, got some fuel, and no more flashing light. I guess the battery tender needs to be moved from my lawn mower over to the C4!
